Yes, from time to time

When I give talks about Tails and I want to look up when or why some
change was introduced. I also look at the release notes, but sometimes
the information is not part of the release notes and I also sometimes
find the changelog file easier to use because I don't have to look at
multiple files and switch back and forth.
