We're aware of some recent Macs not starting Tails:

We've received feedback that the upcoming move to GRUB will fix that,
so it would be sweet if you could test it:

If that does not fix the problem you're facing, please reach out to
our help desk and provide details regarding "I can’t manage to start
the system, I get an error".
