The code of conduct could be modified following the advice found in the
following article - which is linked from the french article about
organizing a technical event for a heterogeneous crowd on the MtaBSP

I'm happy do that, even if it requires a lot of modifications and an
additional review from some of you. Unless you already had a discussion
about it and ended up with a negative conclusion regarding this effort.
