[Freepto] Created TorBrowser mirror

Hola!

I've created a partial Torproject mirror on our server to fix the
TBBLauncher error [1]. It is under il.freepto.mx host, but should be
configured into the DNS. Who can do that?

Tomorrow I'll do the patch to set our mirror as the default one. Then, I
think we are ready to prod the v0.1.2 version! I guess it will be called
'Arancina', right? :-)
