I was asking about the "update PO files from POT file" operation
indeed. Seems like nothing is in place to do it as a batch operation,
which is painful: it's the software maintainer's responsibility to
provide up-to-date .po files that translators can just pick and
complete. Providing obsolete .po files inevitably leads to wasted
efforts of translators.
