Whilst translating, I noticed that the spelling of _WebTunnel_ varies. In my
view, this is not advisable.
It is usually written as "obfs4 and **W** eb**T** unnel", but in other places,
unfortunately, it is also written as “obfs4 and **w** eb**t** unnel”. In my
opinion, this should not be the case, and the spelling should be consistent
within Tor. (I am, of course, not referring to instances where "webtunnel" is
used as a command)
It confuses me as a translator, and may well confuse users/readers too. I
understand _WebTunnel_ to be a kind of proprietary term, like _obfs4_ (which
is always written as "**o** bfs4" and not occasionally as "**O** bfs4"). Is
there a reason for this?
