Title: Imagining collectivity under oppression

Short: on creating imaginary scenarios around relation, connection,
affection and solidarity in times of difficulty and oppresion

Description:

This workshop creates an imaginary scenario for participants to inhabit
and explore: living in a society where connection and affection become
scarce and difficult to practice. To create this scenario, the
facilitators draw from real biographies of people living through war, or
under authoritarianism, both in the distant and recent past.

Certain elements of this exercise may feel difficult or triggering. We
want to create a safer space to explore these hypotheticals. The goal is
to search for answers within ourselves and with each other, answers that
pave the way towards solidarity during violent times.
