I would like to, but the test suite broke on Debian Testing/Sid (see
[1]) and I'm reluctant to upload images without testing. Downgrading
cucumber as suggested there didn't work fully for me, all tests still
fail. So I will at some point, but I want to fix the test suite first
(at least locally).

What machine? What underlying linux do you have installed?

You need an appropriately configured proxy to download packages from
Debian instead from Tails.
