I would like to contribute to tails with a starter task : tails#21366
Tails Cloner's "Cloning complete!" message should use a monotonic clock

I am not that good in programming but I really want to challenge myself with a meaningful project. If there's any extra step that I should know regarding this issue, please tell me.
