It's the same set of personas, no change there.

I suppose you want more context. Here's my attempt.

Many people primarily or only use smartphones today, which are too locked down
to run Tails except in a VM. This situation is becoming even more common.
Many people are quite limited in what computer systems they have available, if they have one at all.

So, let's look at their options, across all personas:
1. Use a computer system they have. Typically this computer was chosen for reasons
other than running Tails. For many people, this computer is a Mac laptop.
That's simply because Mac hardware is quite popular.
Even if they have more than one computer, and one is a Mac, it's likely
the other computer is an older Mac.
If they have a Mac, it's relatively unlikely they have a NON-Mac available unless
they are a technology enthusiast.
2. Get a computer. If they get a computer, they're often
going to want a computer that's as inexpensive and small as possible.
Laptop PCs aren't *too* expensive, but a Raspberry Pi costs much less (using
a TV as a monitor), takes less space, and is easier to hide. They're also popular
enough in schools that you can sometimes get one free. Their low costs also make donations easier.

These points are true for all personas.

As an aside, the primary persona says:
"To change our country and fight censorship, we're more helpful in the streets than in jail".
I'd change "than in jail" to "than dead or in jail".
In certain countries, expressing certain ideas is illegal and can quickly lead to execution
(not only jail). That's certainly the case for a subset of this persona that I especially care about.
I think it's helpful to clarify the stakes for some people.
