As per your request, I'm testing Tails 7.0~rc1.
Most of the stuff works well, I just have issues with graphics in the
new Gnome.
I'm attaching screenshots because it would be quite hard to describe in
text, however, please note that there's quite huge amount of graphic
artefacts you can see on the screenshots, but those are are moving,
flashing and changing colours when the mouse cursor moves around the
active window.
All the apps seem quite responsible and working well.
I'm testing this on a vintage Lenovo ThinkPad W500 with Intel Core 2 Duo
T9400 (*2) on 4 GB RAM and AMD RV635 graphics.
I've noticed aso that the 'tor bug' spam [0] in the journal that's still
happening in current release doesn't appear in rc1 anymore. That's
great.
