[Tails-testers] TAILS 7 Rc1 testing

Hi Y'all,

I just wanted to report that the following packages are not installing:

- Python3.11-full
- Python3.11-examples
- Python3.11-doc
- Python3.11-dev

And I'm going to assume that no other Python 3.11 software is going to install, because it is no longer found in the catalogue. Is this by design, or did I miss somthing in the notes? Apologies if I did.
