[Tails-l10n] Release schedule for Tails 6.10

Hi,

I will be the RM for Tails 6.10

The current plan is:

- Wednesday, November 27: build images, start testing
- Thursday, November 28: release

This arrangement is a first to me, so let's see how well it works. In general, expect a schedule
which is more leaned towards Thursday than Wednesday.

Developers, please:

   - Book time for automated and manual QA during office hours,
     from Wednesday 15:00 to Tuesday 13:00 (Europe/Berlin).
     If you can't, please let the RM know.

   - During these 2 days, don't push any change to the branch
     used for the release.
