[lime] Captive portal Pirania

Hello people, hope you're doing fine!


During last meeting of midterm evaluating of GSoC project 'New release
for Project Libremesh Pirania' i was asked if there is some communities
using a portal captive solution, if so, how many, where, etc.

So i would like to ask who is using a captive portal (recpecting your
privacy, of course), which one, and last but not least, which features
do you think it is important to have in your communitie.
