Hi
Now the artifact url should be fixed... hopefully...
FTR it happen that the previous url should be used using GH token (for
example, inside actions context).
I did a fix on the action that fixes this, is little ugly but will work
for now. I didn't find a easier way to get the artifact id to create the
artifact url...

mm this is odd. I have to look further on the issue I have locally, and
why to some of you the node version 16 is not working..
I'll ping back as soon i understand what is going on there.

Is strange because the actions are building with node version 16.. Which
