[Tails-testers] Update Size

Hello, every time an update is available, I start it immediately and look at the download rate and duration. In extreme cases it was days, but even several hours would be too much for me. So I wait a few days until the duration has dropped to a tolerable 10 minutes.
There would be quite Balast on a Linux / Internet combination could do without, for example Libreoffice.
