[Tails-dev] tails not connect to tor network

i downloaded tails to virtualbox, but when i want to connect to tor network
gived me this error:
i think i tried all of solution and solutions didnt work , i fixed clock ,
tried to connect with bridges etc. but dont solve my problem , please help
for this , my area is Turkey but Turkey dont ban tor
