[Tails-l10n] ready to become validator for french language.

Hi,

I'm translating tails into french for the lasts years.
It seems that increasing the validation team would be useful.

I won't check that every week, not enough free time for that.
But from time to time, I can spend some days on it.

I'm ready to become validator.
