[Tails-testers] rc-1 feedback

Connecting without bridges always fails the first time. I get messages about
failed to synchronize clock.

I click on the link in that failure message, and it says tor is not connected,so
I dismiss the dialogue.

If I open Onion circuits, it eventually starts up TOR.
