[Tails-testers] 4.19 rc

Hello,
the most important thing about 4.19 rc1 - The
internet runs stable.
It should also be immediately visible in the
settings window how the options affect the
Internet speed.
PS: I use TAILS only for internet, not for
office or multimedia (except in the browser). So
such programs are only a burden!
