[Tails-testers] tails 4.0 rc1 testing reports

My persistent files vanished from the persistent drive

When i pulled out the thumb drive it totally shut down the computer and
nuked 4 of my usb 3.0 and 2 usb 3.1 bios and i can no longer boot into any
usb ports with any usb thumb drives.
