2015
Just did a quick test with the new Tails 4.0~rc1 and I noticed a few graphic glitches. Earlier versions of Tails worked fine on the same machine.
The clickable top left (legacy?) menu is partly covered by a white area, that makes it difficult to read the menu items.
Some windows like the “Create persistent volume” panel get a black border.
The GNOME overlay menu that can be triggered with the mouse in the top left corner works fine though.
Then tried out Tor Browser, which was unusable, because big parts of the browser window are covered by a white area.
The same can be observed when opening Thunderbird.
My first guess would be it’s due to gpu firmware issues - the same Macbook Pro works fine with the base Debian buster image though.
