My "3 cents":)
1. The F-keys should have numbers, at least the one being pushed
2. The Key being pushed should be the correct one in the numbered order (F9, should be the 9th key visually)
3. A text could inform that depending on the PC model, the "menu key" might be different than F9, and that either F2 or F10 (or Del) would bring you to the BIOS where you might find out which key is the right one for the menu, and manually boot the USB directly from the Exit tab. (And that left/right) arrow keys moves between the BIOS pages).
