As far as Debian is concerned, there is an RC bug that has been opened
for this issue on Feb 7th, without reply from the maintainer:

I sent him an email yesterday, but I think at this point we can probably
assume that he's not going to handle this issue fast.
I have looked into the packaging [1] a bit, it seems doable to prepare a
new upstream version for 3.14.
