[Tails-dev] [review'n'merge] Fix image link in translations

Hello, I found a problem with an image in
install/inc/steps/download.inline for de, it and fr.
I fix it for fr whith my update of the translation (waiting for review).
I made a branch to fix it and de translations, please review and merge
(it's for feature/15292-usb-image).
