[Tails-l10n] weblate git got 403

Hi maintainers of the weblate site of Tails,

Recently I found http://translate.tails.boum.org/git/tails/index.git got
`The requested URL returned error: 403`.
Previous I was able to `git pull` the work on it. Won't it work anymore
like this way? (I won't push but only would like to fetch the latest work
from weblate site. )
