3.9.1 will soon be rleased is out, please translate in the 'web/release-3.9.1' branch (soon it will be merged into the 'master' branch): 

    wiki/src/news/version_3.9.1.*.po
    wiki/src/security/Numerous_security_holes_in_3.9.*.po
