Subject: [Tails-dev] inclusion of xinput in the main build of Tails
Hello, i'm requesting the inclusion of xinput into the build.

i need this software in the main build because i have a laptop with accupoint that keeps the mouse moving all the time making touchpad impossible to use.
with xinput i can disable the accupoint altogether restoring the usability.

most people with laptops with accupoint suffer from this problem, that is usually overcome with the option to disable accupoint on usb mouse detection in the windows mouse configuration.

On linux this is done with xinput, and so you can list and then disable the offending input device.

via persistence options, you can have it installed, but not available at login time and so you can't really use the dotfiles feature to script your way through because the program won't be installed when the scripts are run.

so i request the inclusion of this tiny package so that i can get Tails working flawlessly on mature hardware.
