Hi,

in order to achieve better equality of treatment wrt. food expenses
while traveling on behalf of Tails, we've come up with simple rules
a few months ago and they're now documented:
look for "food" on https://tails.boum.org/contribute/sponsorship_to_attend_events/
and in particular https://tails.boum.org/contribute/sponsorship_to_attend_events/#food

If anything is unclear or problematic, please ask tails@??? :)
