[Tails-testers] Call for testing: *tentative* Tails 3.9~rc1 …

Hi,

the *tentative* Tails 3.9~rc1 ISO is available:

It will be officially released as 3.9~rc1 on August 17 after it's
passed our internal QA, but feel free to start playing with it
and telling us what's broken :)
