3.6 RC1 appears to run as 3.5 does on my Lenovo T410 laptop except for one significant issue: no sound.
Gnome under 3.5 detects the output device as "Speakers - HID Intel MiD". Sound works fine under 3.5.
Gnome under 3.6 detects the output device as "Speakers - Built-in Audio". Sound does not work under 3.6.
Thus, the laptop's Intel audio hardware is either not being detected, or the appropriate driver is now missing or failing to load.
I'm happy to submit a Whisperback report with logs or other info that may help you.
