[Tails-testers] Call for testing: 3.0~beta4 *tentative* ISO

please test the *tentative*, not-official-yet Tails 3.0~beta4:

Automatic upgrades should be available on the "alpha" channel soonish
(sorry I've had our website advertise them before the IUKs were
sync'ed to our mirrors network).
