[Tails-l10n] Call for translation: blog post on Mediapart

Hi,

With the people from Mediapart we prepared a next blog post for the
donation campaign. They translated it into French already (so cool!) but
we could translate it into more languages as well (and maybe also check
that their French matches our usual style).

It's in the branch web/mediapart and I plan to publish it right after
2.9, so December 14-16.
