[Tails-l10n] Turkish translation team.

Hello,

We have a team of both fluent English and Turkish speaking journalists on our team and saw that a Turkish translation team was being set up for the translation of the website.

We aren't really sure where to apply to so we subscribed to the mailing list here.

We'd be interested in joining if there's any room left.
