Some times you've just been too fast for me. In this case I simply
haven't seen the request to publish the report.
I would love to find another way than shifts to contribute to the
publishing task. You and I manage to do that for translation pull
requests, with a mailing list -based workflow, so perhaps this could
work for the report as well?
Is it feasible for you to wait a bit before you do this work yourself,
or does it conflict too much with your workflow? If it's feasible,
then perhaps we could try this?
If it's not feasible, then I'd rather be the de factor publisher
myself, or see someone else than you or I hold this role, than having
to organize shifts.
