[Tails-testers] no clock synchronisation

Hello,

I'm using tails 2.0 (most recent version) with persistent apt (pdftk).
When starting tails without access to persistent and su password, tails
doesn't synchronise the clock.
Restarting tails with access to persistent and su password immediately
synchronises.
(Albeit, the tor browser loses connection after some minutes, which
requires another reboot)
