Two months later, I've deprecated the IRC chatroom in our contributors
documentation: commits f61662b and a83686c. Please let me know if it's
not good enough.
.... and thanks to muri we have a bot that implements zwiebelbot's
functionality on tails-dev (XMPP) \o/
