Hi,

I added two laptops that don't shutdown properly Tails, and need a
brutal shutdown to the known issues page. This change is to review from
here:

mercedes508 dellE6230 90a758a & e0efb6e

But I was wondering how relevant it is to add computers there, as that
list might never ends, wrt. to UEFI hardware?
