[Tails-project] Talk at DebConf

Hi!

The talk team at DebConf asked us if we would be interested in talking
about Tails.

I could do a very generic talk, but I think they're after a more
technical one. intrigeri already said he won't commit to talk. Anyone
else interested? Please come forward soon, the deadline for submission
is the 15th.
