Ok, then. I have closed #8711 since the investigation part is done, and
opened #9473 for the implementation, with milestone set to 1.5.1 (I now
realize that 1.5 is a no-no, at least if I'm gonna do it) and assigned
it to me.

Modifying exactly that page is what FoxyProxy does, so this will be
easy. Feel free to create a ticket and make it related to #9473 in some way.
