[Tails-dev] Seahorse in Applications menu

Hi!

I write on behalf of the Tails team. We include Seahorse, and we have
some users confused that they don't find it in the Applications menu. We
can add it, but we like to do things upstream when possible, so we
wondered if this was a choice you made to not include it, and if yes, why :)
