This will be fixed once we upgrade to Jessie, whose apparmor package
ships a newer "fonts" abstraction that allows access to that file.
That file is shipped by the libthai-data package, that is itself
pulled by libpango.
If this breaks rendering of Thai language, then we can add a patch to
fix it. Does it?
