[Tails-l10n] (de) Glossary

Hey,

we had some discussion about translations recently, like the "beständige
Speicherbereich", that are specific to Tails. These shouldn't be
forgotten of course, so I started a small glossary in
contribute/how/translate/team/.

So far it only contains two terms:

persistent volume - beständiger Speicherbereich
device - Medium, Speichermedium

If you can think of more terms that should be in that list, please send
them here or create another branch based on
