Hi,

while testing an unrelated branch, I've discovered that the AppArmor
confinement that we now apply to Tor Browser... breaks Tor Launcher.
I'm astonished that both I and the reviewer forgot to test this.
Ooops.

Anyhow: fixed in bugfix/8887-tor-launcher-vs-apparmor,
candidate for 1.3.
