[Tails-ux] top-right icons background

Ey there:

A user has reported that the background on the icons on the top-right
bar is not black, but dark brown. Specially crear on the Florence
virtual keyboard.

I cannot really see the difference. Anybody with a better screen than
mine sees it?

Also, if you see the difference, should we change the background?
