[Tails-dev] using meek with Tails

Hi! we received a mail on tails-bugs from a user upset that
despite of the fact meek is included in the Tor Browser stable release,
it is rather impossible to use it with tails (at least I did not
understand how to use it, the network configuration window is not
the same as the Tor Browser one).

This user seems very entusiastic about this particular pluggable
transport because, instead of any other, it seems to work very well in
China.
