Hi,

This branch re-introduces the extra, localized browser search plugins we
earlier had when installing the Iceweasel l10n packages. Well, it only
installs them for the languages we install langpacks for, but once we
ship more langpacks this fix will install the Iceweasel search plugins
for them too, which IMHO is good enough.

Please review, and merge into stable and devel.
