Basically, we tried to simplify the documentation and to give each
(active) language team (fr, de, pt) their own page.
On these pages, we can then list glossaries, say if we use Transifex
and/or Git, list contributors' git repositories etc.
For spanish, italian, turkish, you will also be able to create your own
page in contribute/how/translate, once these changes have been merged.
