There, I read: "This code of conduct applies to all spaces used by the
Tails project. This includes IRC, the mailing lists, the issue
tracker, the website, events, and any other forums created by the
project team which the community uses for communication."
It still says "created by", but merely among a list of examples that
are included to illustrate "all spaces used by". So yes, I think it
works for me :)
