20b30bc http_proxy disabled on _build_packages
c6463d8 find all generated .deb files
the 20b30bc is a bit strange, but it is needed because a make_deb script
inside freepto-docs needs to download things from pypi.python.org, and
apt-cacher-ng will not be able to satisfy those requests.
